Discover Your Path of Bravery
Do you often wonder if you have the courage to conquer the next chapter in life? Would you describe yourself as bold and brave? Well, you are! Bravery exists in all of us. However, society has taught us that bravery is reserved for heroes who perform acts of grand proportions. In Part I of this workshop, we will challenge that notion, reshape its definition and we will recognize our own Path of Bravery.
In this thought-provoking and heartfelt section, you will:
- Be inspired by stories of bravery from around the world.
- Shift your mindset of bravery from heroes to everyday people.
- Learn how to recognize the brave moments in your life.
- Create your own path of bravery.
- Find a deeper connection with the word brave.
Craft Your Story
Are you in a place in your life where you are ready to share your story, but don’t know where to start? Do you want to strip back the layers and reveal your most authentic self to the world? Now that you’ve embraced the concept of every day bravery, let’s hear your story. Crafting your story, even if only for yourself will build self-awareness, allow you to appreciate the journey, and emerge more connected with your truth. In Part II of this workshop, we will provide you a simple framework to write your story and if you are ready to take your bravery to the next level, we will offer you platforms to share your story.
